About

I am a Senior Product Designer with 15+ years of experience designing gamification, progression, and engagement systems for large-scale platforms.

Previously, I led game design at Blizzard Entertainment, working on Battle.net, a global gaming platform with 26M+ monthly active users. My work focused on progression systems, achievement loops, rewards, and onboarding experiences that helped players move from first-time use toward long-term mastery and retention.

I later led UX strategy for Marriott Bonvoy, designing goal-driven reward systems that guided users toward meaningful actions while balancing user motivation with business outcomes. This work reinforced how clearly defined goals, visible progress, and well-timed incentives shape behavior over time.

In parallel, I am a self-published children’s book author with 15 titles rated 4 stars and above on Amazon and Readers’ Favorite. Writing and illustrating for young readers has given me hands-on experience with storytelling, visual clarity, and designing experiences that delight children.

I am especially drawn to Superfonik because it sits at the intersection of literacy, play, and UX design. My approach to gamification emphasizes curiosity, confidence-building, and positive reinforcement. I care deeply about creating systems that encourage children to return, explore, and feel proud of their progress as readers.
