ABOUT ME

I’m Alex Sun and I enjoy working on complex SaaS products and creating experiences that feel intuitive. Over the past 15 years, I helped merge the digital loyalty experience of Marriott-Starwood, the world’s largest hospitality program, worked at Blizzard, a company that literally changed the world, and built products that help people’s lives.

The projects I have enjoyed the most are ones used daily by power users and that improve people’s lives. I drive success by balancing both user needs and company goals, while believing the best UX is product dependent.

What drives me most is seeing work make a real impact, both in metrics and in how people experience a product. I enjoy collaborating with people on big challenges, whether it is unifying global loyalty programs, redesigning complex workforce platforms, or shaping products at massive scale.
